Dears, Have a good day, please i have customer self service template for power apps portal while i register as a new user the record save in dynamics crm as a contact , is there any way to make it saved as an Account ?

No, the Portal will only use a Contact record as the user object.
As per @justinburch portal users are Contacts. However, you can create an Account record and have the Contacts associated with it act on records associated/for the Account (via the configuration of appropriate portal entity permissions and Web Role assignment).
