Issue when creating a new portal

Hello everybody,
I wanted to test Powerapps Portal for the first time. But when I wanted to create a new portal, it somehow went wrong.
I can add new sections and pages, but when I look at the website it looks very wrong.

Can anyone help me further?

    Did you try use other browser?

    It seems that there is a problem with the cache.
