Hi Everyone, In the Conversational Agents Final Challenge, it says to disable authentication of the Agent, however I am getting an error and unable to do this to complete the challenge, this also blocks me from publishing the demo website as the challenge says:

    Hi @MD-11121927-0

This issue usually happens when authentication is locked at the tenant or environment level, which prevents learners from disabling it. In that case, the demo website channel stays unavailable even though the agent itself works correctly.

    Checklist to resolve or document:

Check your role → Only admins can change authentication settings.

Try a new environment → Create the agent in an environment where anonymous access is allowed.

Confirm tenant settings → If authentication is locked globally, the demo website will remain disabled.

Document the issue → If you can’t change settings, take screenshots and add a short note — this is accepted as a valid workaround for the challenge.

More details: Configure end-user authentication in Copilot Studio

Template note for submission: During setup of the demo website, I encountered an authentication issue. The option to disable authentication was unavailable, and error messages indicated that authentication is managed at the tenant/environment level. As a result, the demo website channel could not be published. Screenshots are attached. The agent itself works correctly, but demo website publishing is blocked.

This looks like a platform error. I just tried in my Power Up environment and I was able to disable authentication.

Perhaps you could try later to see if the problem persists? If you create a new blank agent and go the authentication section before doing anything else, are you able to disable authentication?
