There is issue with double scroll bar inside SharePoint form, please see attached image.
Have read below and still not clear how to fix double scroll bar. Anyone experience the same?

Have double scroll bar both in IE and Chrome 73.

What is the web browser that you are using? I just tested with IE11 and I have only one scrollbar. Would you please test with another browser?
