Automate wont work for two people on our team.

The flow that I built uses individual form responses from members of my team and puts that info in to an individual excel document. I built the form and then copied and pasted it changing the individual destinations for the form and spreadsheets. They all worked great for most of my team expect two people. When looking into the Flow, it wouldn't even say that test had been performed but nothing was triggering an error. It just wasn't working. After rebuilding every piece, including the form and the excel document, now it is posting doubles. Any help on either of these issues would be appreciated.

Hi @SchneiderLD18,

Trying to understand exactly what actions you took: you had this flow running fine for everyone, then you copied it to a different environment and now you have issues with it not running for 2 people in your organization?

Can you please add more details and screen shots with the structure of the flow?
