In my flow I want a certain line from Excel to be output in a mail. That worked, but this line is updated earlier in the flow, but the old value is output in the mail.

great, I was looking for such a function, but unfortunately it didn't work. I tested it here with 1 and 2 minutes:

Please add a little bit of delay in your Flow before your Excel action -
