Register tab in power page is missing

hi ,

in signin page,local user Registration tab is missing .So i cant create new user for the portal. But i dont have idea what is happening with it?

can you explain how can I restore?

but Local login is enabled

Based on our understanding, it seems that you're encountering an issue where the registration tab is missing in the Power Apps portal. To resolve this issue, you should cross-check the site settings. Ensure that the Authentication/Registration/Enabled value is set to true. If it is set to false, change it to true.

To reflect the change save and sync the Power pages site.
