Hi,
2 questions on my form are not populating my excel table. Description of PM and Job Risk
All other questions that I answered worked fine, just them two.
one is a multiple choice and the other is just a text answer.
Any help is much appriciated.

Let's investigate. Could you please share an image of your raw outputs from the "Get response details" action?
To get the raw outputs, you just need to navigate until the action in any flow run, expand it and click in "Show raw outputs":
After that, a JSON will be displayed on the right side of your screen, and this is the raw output:
Also: (1) make sure to remove any sensitive content from the image before sharing it and (2) please refer which are the answers in the raw outputs related to Description of PM and Job Risk (as you can see per my image, the form questions are represented by a not user-friendly id).
