All my flows have gone missing

Until today, I had both Cloud flows and flows "Shared with me" (actually flows that I'd shared with others). As of today, they're all missing, and I have no idea why. I haven't deleted anything.
 
Things I've tried:
  • Logging out of my Microsoft account and back in again
  • Looking in solutions (my flows were never in solutions, but just in case)
  • Changing environments
  • Disabling all browser extensions
  • Clearing my browser cache
  • Talking to the virtual agent help bot
  • Asking my IT manager
I still have links to one of my shared flows in my email inbox, but clicking one of those links takes me to a page that shows "run history" with a loading icon before quickly changing to a blank page.
 
What happened?

NB. "Categories" is apparently a required field to submit this form. My issue doesn't relate to any of the available categories so I'm going to choose all of them.

    Update: Around half an hour after initially noticing the problem, and without any changes by me or my IT manager, the flows are back. I have as little explanation for why they returned as I do for why they disappeared in the first place, but regardless, I'm glad it was a temporary issue.

    Your flows likely disappeared due to a changed environment, lost permissions, or a licensing issue. Double-check all environments, confirm your account access with IT, and ask if any environments were deleted. Use PowerShell or the flow link ID to investigate further.

    All my flows have gone missing
    I'm right now encountering the same issue. It happened when I was in the process of saving my flow, and got this error: Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource Manager.
     
    After that, all my flows disappeared. Happy to hear it is not just me, must be a global issue.
