Form Attachments - make cumulative

For my Forms Attachments, I'm trying to figure out a way to make the "Choose Files" button cumulative. Currently the user has to press the 'CTRL' key to select multiple files. I'm not sure the average user knows how to do this.

If you click "Choose Files" and choose a file, and then click it again to choose another one, it replaces the first one. I'm trying to figure out a way to add it to the first one.

Anyone have any ideas?

I ended up using JavaScript to add more "Choose Files" buttons.
I leveraged these instructions: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28987896/input-type-file-multiple-add-files-sequentially
I basically cloned the whole file <input tag and that worked, it will add all the files attached.

There is nothing you can do about it. It is pretty much standard microsoft file open dialog.
