How to share Portal Management App?

I have some colleagues I would like to share the model driven portal management app with, but I’m not sure what I’m missing. I have looked up tutorials to share a model driven app and I have created a custom security group, added it to the app, added the users to the security group, and then shared it with them, but nothing seems to happen. I have a per user license for myself and app passes assigned to my tenant. Thank you for any help.

Hi @edtroit,

Portal Management app by default is available only for System Administrator and System Customizer security roles. You would need to create a new security role and add it as an allowed role for the app or grant your user System Admin/Customizer roles.
