Hey All

First of all great community and lots of thanks to all the contributors.

I have a sharepoint List where multiple ppl from organization enter information. It has multiple columns like below

The last column which is "Action/Status" is a calculated filed which shows what the action owner should do - based on inputs provided in the previous columns.
