How to customise success message web page after the Multi Step form.

Hi Community,

Is there a way to customize the success message with entity details.

What have I tried:
1: There is no way to include entity details in success message in form options.

2: Success Message webpage is system defined, which is not stored in portal management
Hence I am not able to customise it.

I followed,
1: Display Success Message with Back button on Dynamics 365 Portal | HIMBAP

Any help is apperciated.

Add another next Step at the end that is Type = Redirect, and on its Redirect Tab set the redirect to another Web Page, you can pass that page the id from one of the previous steps. And on the Web Page you redirected to you can get your data in a Basic form or by using liquid fetchxml using the id that is passed to the page as the source or request parameter respectively.
