Selecting the Dropdown and based on drop down, value should be displayed

Hi,

 

I am trying to select the specific dropdown and Textinput values  should be displayed accordingly to the dropdown.

There are 2 values for Subscription Name, if I select the 1st one then accordingly other values should be displayed like Subscription ID, App Contributor rule etc should be displayed, I have attached the screenshot.

 

I have tried doing checking other relevant post similar to dropdown but no luck.

    Are these controls inside a Form control? If so, what is the data source of the form?

    If not, what are the data sources for each controls? Please share the related formulas.

    Hi Mona,

     

    I am using data source as One drive for business excel sheet. 

    The User inputs in Powerapps has to be stored in excel sheet in One drive.

     

    I am looking for the formula in  which if I select particular dropdown of Subscripion name, respective Text values for Subscription id, contributor role etc should be displayed.
