When trying to add a MS Teams PowerApps Tab i got the following error:

Do you mean that the error message shows up when you add a PowerApps tab in your Teams?
Does the PowerApps tab in your Teams only works in Edge?
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side (in Chrome), and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:
Please consider clear cache of your Chrome browser (Firefox, Opera), then sign in your Microsoft Teams for web again, then add your PowerApps tab in your MS Teams channel, check if the issue is solved.
Also please consider restore your app to previous version, then re-publish your app, then try the PowerAppd tab in your MS Teams again, check if the issue is fixed.

I just tested this on my site, it links up perfectly. Have you tried different apps or different teams/channels? Please try that to see if the error persist.
