Jira Connector "Create a new issue" no longer working

Hi,

The Jira connector "Create a new issue" no longer works, as others have reported. This is true for "Create a new issue (V2)" as well as the "Create a new issue (V3) (Preview)".

It finds the Jira instance, but cannot connect to any Project.

It seems the issue has been unresolved for months now. Does Power Automate have plans to address this?

Please, if anyone has a workaround for this issue, share!

I also have this issue. Does anyone know if we can use legacy versions of the "Create a new issue" Jira Connector where we can specify more fields to send?

I reviewed a lot of the community stuff and people noted that it is a 3rd party connector so the issue lies with Atlassian. However, Atlassian wrote an article on the issue and pointed back that Microsoft may update a new connector to get the on-prem connector to work.

Microsoft Power Platform Power Automate Connector does not work with Jira Data Center | Jira | Atlassian Documentation

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution because I have the same issue.

    Hi @jibbs

Since its a third party connector Microsoft won't support this. You need to contact Jira support team to get further help in this.

    Try the below.

Under the Project click custom value and enter the name of the project manually. Save the flow. This might work.

    Thanks
