Safari causing issues when Prevent cross-site tracking is not selected

We have rolled out Power Pages as embedded into our public Website. We have issues with user on Safari where the user cannot move to the next page.

We have identified that it has something to do with the Safari Setting - Prevent cross-site tracking.  I know that Microsoft have documented that this setting should be unselected in Safari. (Troubleshoot startup or sign-in issues for Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn). However, we have no control over our external users and how they configure this setting in their browser.

Has anyone come across this problem or have any thoughts on how to address.

Thanks

@365-Assist. I hope you are doing fantastic. When addressing the issue with external users encountering rendering problems on Safari while using Power Pages, consider the following steps:

    1. Bootstrap Version Compatibility:

      • Power Pages currently uses Bootstrap 3. However, Bootstrap 5 is not yet generally available (GA).
      • Verify whether Safari has full compatibility with all Bootstrap classes used for rendering.
      • You can check the compatibility status on Can I use? and Can I use? (JavaScript).
    2. External Access Configuration:

      • Ensure that external audiences have the necessary permissions to access the Power Pages.
      • Review the Microsoft Learn guide on allowing external audiences to use local accounts for accessing Power Pages.
    3. Alternative Browsers:

      • While asking users to install Firefox on their Mac is not ideal, it can serve as a temporary workaround.
      • Encourage users to test the Power Pages on alternative browsers to identify any browser-specific issues.
    4. Responsive Design and CSS:

      • Check if the CSS styles applied to the Power Pages are responsive and compatible with Safari.
      • Ensure that the layout adapts well to different screen sizes and resolutions.
    5. Debugging and Testing:

      • Use Safari emulators (such as Browserstack) to simulate the user experience on Safari.
      • Inspect the HTML and CSS elements in Safari’s developer tools to identify any rendering discrepancies.
    6. Community Forums and Support:

      • Visit the Power Platform Community Forums to seek advice from other users who may have encountered similar issues.
      • Collaborate with the community to find solutions and workarounds.

Remember that external users may have varying browser settings and configurations, so thorough testing and collaboration are essential to address this issue effectively.
