Dataverse Table Tab missing

I am taking a tutorial on Dataverse but have run into a problem. The video show this menu at the top of the Dataverse table properties.

The table properties on my system shows this below: Notice that the Data tab is missing? Has the Data tab been replaced and with what? Or is my system not set up properly? If so, what is the fix?

The UI in the video is an old one.

Now we can edit data directly.
