I created an automated flow for my organization to populate a SharePoint List when a user fills and submits the MS form, then the user gets confirmation email.
It is a non-solution flow and the email that the user receives is by default from me, I want the user to get email from a common service account.
I tried specifying the service account email in From(Send as) field but it throws error saying that I do not authorize, I do not have access to the admin center so I cannot delegate the rights to the service account, is there any other way to deal with this requirement without needing IT admin rights.
Hi @pujaclb ,
The power automate send email action lets you send emails from mail address only if you have enough permission to send email on behalf of. I think this is a kind of security to prevent people from sending emails they are not authorized from. So, if you have a group mailbox you are currently using, you can try that or just reach out to whoever your System Admin is and see if they can let you use some group mailbox or create one for you and your team.
