I am building a new Power Pages site for an existing Model Driven App using the Enhanced Data Model. I have been able to select a View from one of my custom tables, but the Lists window only shows tabs for Set Up or More Options. There is no tab for either Data or Actions as I see in all of the documentation so I cannot configure the list to show options for Create, Edit, Read, Delete. I've tried to create this multiple times with this and other tables and in another Environment and I never see either Data or Actions. I do see data in the List when I preview the page so the List has proper permissions set up to view data.

For sites created on enhanced data model list actions missing on design studio is known issue.
Workaround: Create list actions created on enhanced data model sites using Power Pages Management App.

FYI. We have submitted the bug already to the product team. There is nothing wrong with your side. As a workaround please use "Portal Management" to achieve your list actions.
