Can "Vega" visuals be embedded?

I have followed the above guide without success.

Deviated only slightly. This guide asked for the library js to be included in HTML "<head>"  but I don't see any way to do that.

The Vega visuals are rich declarative JSON specified charts on top of d3. Very useful.

    You can append code the <head> tag of Power Pages
     
    1. Go to Power Pages Management
    2. Go to Content Snippets
    3. Look for Head/Bottom
      1. If you are not able to find one, create a new one
    4. Add you script that needs to be in the <head> tag
       

       

       
    5. Make sure you click 'Sync' in make.powerpages.com
    6. Test your site
