Hello,
When creating a Power Page associated with "Pay as you go" licenses, will authenticated users be able to view and submit data to the Dataverse within the environment?

as you stated, User which use the pay-as-you-go plan cannot directly interact with dataverse.

It seems that microsoft intends to use the Pay as you go plan for static pages like blogs etc. only.
