Unknown error in a multi-step form

Good day,

I require assistance with an unknown error that occurs during the completion of a multi-step form.

It always jumps to the error when trying to move from section 3 to 4 of the form.

I've modified the form settings to allow multiple feed sessions, and even deleted open sessions to avoid any conflicts.

I've tried deleting the form entirely and building it again, and there's no custom JavaScript code or metadata on any of the fields in these steps.

I've also created a new page to embed the form there, and the error still appears.

Another detail to consider is that if I try to proceed again or 'go directly to the main content,' the error ID number changes completely."

Please, your kind assistance with this matter.

Thank you and best regards.

Do you have a Condition Step between 3 and 4?

Try disabling the custom errors to see if you get more details https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/admin/view-portal-error-log

Also can try hooking up logging the errors to azure see "Enable Diagnostic Logging" in the same link above.

the GUID is the guid of the actual error so will always be different each time (if the diagnostic logging is turned on you should be able to find that guid in it).

If it is actually a system bug, chech what portal version is running, then double check if you have latest Power Pages Core installed, From Admin Centre select your environment then Resources->Dynamics 365 Apps and it should be in the list.

If a template issue (less likely) From Admin Centre select your environment then Resources->Power Pages Sites, then in the command bar Website Package Details

Thank you for the help. By manipulating the presented configuration, I managed to solve the issue, which turned out to be a key created in the table that was being fed
