i have created a Maui App that use the Dataverse API. This works fine for Users homed on the same tenant as the dataverse is connected to. The Environment is created/Connected by D365FO.
Now we have another tenant an try tu use this app also with users from this tenant. We have created a Tenant Trust and Sync so all users also accessible at our tenant.
Also we add the App registration as enterprise app in this new tenant.
And add the AppId to the ServiceUsers at our Dataverse Environment. And external User as AppUser.
With this setup the users are able to authenticate. and open a shared Powerapp in a Browser. But when i try to use the mobile app each request will be fail wit http 403 an the Message "The user is not a member of the organization."
It means that within the Organization of Dataverse the user isn't added so they cannot do what you want.
If you go to the Admin center for that environment, try to look up a person having this issue. Either
1) you wont find them
2) you will but you need to run Diagnostics (same screen when you find them) and it will tell you they haven't been added to the actual environment/organization and give roles propbably
