Not able to import a .zip Power Automate workflow from GitHub

Hi, I am trying to follow along with this video tutorial,

(280) Power Automate Multi Level Approval Workflow | Serial Approval | Multiple Approvers - YouTube

I built out the first half of this video workflow example but having trouble getting the second half of the video with a workflow with my scenario to work. I am not able to look at the sample workflow in the description that is on GitHub.

Issue: Error when I attempt to import the zip file.
