while reactivating sites in power pages after deployment, getting error - Unable to complete the set up process. Delete it from Active sites and try again.
deleted and tried , it is still posing same issue.

did you deactivate your page in the same environment and want to activate it now?
Or did you use the enhance model and pipeline to now set it up in another environment?
I have similar error, let me know the fix.

Please raise a ticket with Microsoft support. They can enable the site. Behind the scenes looks like the Azure web app is struck.
