Hi all,
We usually disable/hide the apps that end-users don't need. I can't see a way on how to disable/hide it for all users using either a policy or disable it on the licensing apps. Any idea?
Hello
You can achieve this by Security Roles / App sharing
This article from Jukka may help you, it's not specific on power pages but it's the same principlehttps://jukkaniiranen.com/2021/05/making-model-driven-power-apps-visible-and-hidden/
I don't think this is answering the question from the creator of the post. What I guess is being referred to is that Power Pages is available in the Microsoft 365 app launcher and doesn't seem possible to hide. I can't see any good reason to why it should be available there. How often do end users create their own portal? If they are users of a portal they most likely have it as a bookmark in their browser.
@robertirob can you confirm if you got the answer to your problem?
