Hi

I have created a portal with a basic form which uses web forms. At this stage everything was working.

I then tried to add attachments to my form (used this as ref: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure-notes)

I now get the following error message when I try and load the page with the form on in browse mode

I have reverted all my recent changes I made however the issue still occurs.

Each time, the error message is the same however the Error ID displayed is different.

Any help is appreciated

Hi

have you cleared cache after reverting your changes?
try the tip from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8QxoyOIzAc&t=1s
this might give you the error message behind your issue
