I'm copying the comment from other external forum posted 14 days ago, but I'm getting the same error and I decided to posted here as well.

"Just wondering if there were any security updates with either Microsoft Forms or SharePoint. Could be helpful if anyone came across any.

I was working with Power Automate, where we collect responses from Microsoft Forms and process them. Also added a Sharepoint connector at the end to send an HTTP request to delete the form once the responses were collected. Everything was working fine, the flow was well and good until Thursday afternoon. It stopped working and started throwing errors for this action. Fortunately, the flow works fine but just the HTTP request part throws a 400 error every single time it runs. I also tried specifying the response id but throws 400 all the time.
Would appreciate it if someone could help me out with this."
