Excel unable to open after including Copy File flow

Hi All,

I just started using power automate but currently hit a roadblock after i include the copy file flow. Without the copy file i was able to open the excel that was sent with the email. I tried inserting a delay which i saw some of the community uses to fix some of the other issues but it does not work don't think it is due to that. Hence here i am requesting for help. Thanks in advanced!

Basically my flow is as per below :

create item in SharePoint > get an excel file > copy file to another location > send an email with the copy excel file to the one who create the item.

Hi,
Apologies on the late reply. My objective is to send a new excel template for every new request that comes in the sharepoint so that the excel won't be mixed up with others who update it.

@shizzyrir may i know overall what is the objective of the flow? Do you want to send excel as email attachment?
