I am creating a shared notes section in my PowerApps, that connects to a long form text area in a SP List.
During testing when I submit the note, it does go to the SP list successfully one time, but when users select my "View Notes" Button I believe my Append Comments More flow, is causing a another entry shown below.

During testing when I submit the note, it does go to the SP list successfully one time, But , the HTML viewer is showing multiple entries.
I had a seperate flow on the same SP list that ran on 'modified' and even turning it off, I am still getting these double postings.
