Multiselect option set - NOT WORKING in DEV portal but WORKING in TEST

I am facing an issue in power apps portal with multiselect option set mapping to D365. I have explained as much as possible below, if you need anymore information let me know.

Setup:

I have a portal where in a basic form I have referenced a D365 form containing a multi select option set field. It does show up in portal and lets us select the value and submit the form.

Issue:

The multiselect option set chosen value is not pulling into D365 table. Strange issue is, it is working in our TEST portal but not in DEV portal. We usually deploy portal extract from DEV to TEST. In DEV portal, last time it came in was a year ago. In TEST it is working even now.

I compared between dev and test on the below, but no difference.

- All the basic form configs in portal

- D365 form and field settings

Could anyone advise any thoughts please?

Hi
I got it fixed. It was due to the visibility of the field. The multi select option set was not visible in DEV hence why it didn't push the data into D365.

Working as expected.
