AAD Lookup in Power Pages

I am creating a multistep form on Power pages and have several fields as lookups.  The user will go in and find who they are requesting the item for, lookup their director etc.  However when I click on the search button I keep getting an error message

Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to look up from the AAD Table? Thank you
