Does anyone know if there is a way to allow multiple values separated by comma into a filter and have it return results in your entitylist?

Can you give more detail on which are you using, fetchxml or webapi.
In case of webapi you can you use 'and' to combine condition filter query.
Ex: filter= name eq 'Antony' and age eq 30
