Hello, I tried to publish my copilot but it has been stuck for a good hour now. Any idea why or how could I fix this?

During the past two years, I've been utilizing Copilot Studio/PVA, and I haven't encountered any publishing problems. I just attempted to publish now, and it went through successfully. It seems like it could have been an intermittent issue. Are you still experiencing any publishing issue?

Hi @Jackpottino ,

Are you using Copilot Studio for Web?

If so, here's a list of options:

1- Try refreshing your browser page

2- Or Sign out and sign in again

3- Or switch your browser just to publish this bot changes

However, if you are using Copilot Studio for Teams, here's the list of options available:

1- Sign out and sign in again

2- Or use the Copilot Studio for Teams in the web version (teams.microsoft.com)

I have the same problem, tried all the options listed but still stuck on publishing.
All accounts with access see the same
on my screen is like this

and when other people enter o I enter with another browser I see this:

it's been almost 3 hours now and the same behaviour on both of our environments.
One has been updated since last successful publishing (2 days ago) and the other was not updated but we tried publishing again (last published 6 days ago) and got the same result.

Now both of our environments are stuck on publishing (3 hours and 30 minutes respectively) but not really publishing anything as chatbots continue to respond with un-updated info

Any help would be really appreciated

I am currently facing the same exact issue, stuck publishing for about 3 hours now. No amount of cache clearing, switching browsers, or Disconnecting from Teams is fixing this issue.

Seems as though there is no support process other than a forum post either. Support tickets are not available from the Power Platform center. Hoping someone can help identify what the underlying issue is so we don't face it.

Is CoPilot studio still in Preview?

I can confirm that this happens in environments in United States but not in environments in South America
Tested on 2 tenants

Thanks for testing this. My bot is also in the United States environment.

I've had this issue in the past few weeks but only for about 20-30 minutes max. It's been 3 hours now.

When faced with that issue, I tried a lot of different things, ranging from checking each topic, deleting language packs, and exporting the solution and none fixed the issue.

Unfortunately, it might be something you will have to wait out.

Something interesting, when I had this issue, I was also unable to create new Copilots. They would be created but be stuck in a loop of "Setting up". Have you tried this? Thanks.
