Automate Export of Microsoft Project Data to Excel on Change

Hi All,

I’m trying to set up a Power Automate flow that will automatically export data from Microsoft Project to an Excel file whenever there’s a change in the project. My goal is to save the Excel file in a specific folder. Has anyone done something similar, or could you suggest the best approach for this?

    Just to double check, do you mean Project for the web or Project online?
     
    In case you are using Project for the web you could use the Dataverse connector for this:

    I'm specifically talking about project online. Although, thanks for mentioning project for the web as I had no idea it existed.
