Email is being copied into a users own personal Inbox after opening an email from sharePoint

Hi All, I have a Power automate flow that copies an email and attachments from a shared mailbox and puts it in a Sharepoint list. All works fine but for one user, when she goes to view an email from ShP (after downloading it) it copies the email into her own personal mailbox. It only does it to her. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks

It is possible she actually unknowing did this.

But as I cannot see the Flows, I cannot see the data, I cannot see anything because there are no pictures of anything, its a guess.

Also, I would NOT be surprised that its NOT just that employee. How did you find that it did this for them?'

i bet others have it as well, you just dont know it.
