EDIT: When I re-create this flow using a non-shared mailbox, all flows work perfectly and it captures every email. It seems to be something with the shared mailbox aspect of things.

Hi team,
Thanks to this community, I have my first successful Automated flow.

My problem is, I sent three emails to my shared mailbox, but it is only capturing the first email on my excel. The purpose of this flow is to get every email with a specific subject, and extract the data.

I also noticed that whenever I change the Interval, it goes back automatically to 5 minutes.

Lastly, it is skipping the other two.

Anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance.

Hey @v-xiaochen-msft , re-created the flow from scratch but unfortunately did not work. Still get the error,
Request to Azure Resource Manager failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"InvalidTemplate","message":"The template language expression evaluation failed: 'The execution of template trigger 'When_a_new_email_arrives_in_a_shared_mailbox_(V2)' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'splitOn' expression '@triggerBody()?['body/value']' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.'."}}'.

Do you think it makes that much of a difference to re-create the whole flow just because it wasn't built on classic designer?

I'll try re-creating my flow, but I did turn it on and it is still skipping some! I really appreciate you trying to help and I might ask for your help tomorrow when I try again 🙂

It worked for me.

Please try creating a flow from scratch in classic designer.

When adding an array, I get an error:

When I turn it on, and save it, it turns it self off after the saving is finished.
