Hard limit on Dataverse for Teams

Is there a way to set a hard limit on dataverse for Teams so that we do not go over at all?

    Hard limit? Dataverse for Teams can only be max 2GB.

    One of ours is over by 32GB.

    Surprising. All documentation says 2GB max in Teams

    Microsoft is calling it a soft limit. The other concern and why I want to stop the overage is that we might get charged for the extra spaced used beyond the 2 GBs.
