Outlook.com - Invalid connection

When connecting to Outlook.com, I try to sign in using my work Microsoft account email and get "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."

My IT Department says we use mail.companyname.com and they are in the process of moving to office.com (which I can get to but shows old emails, not synced to exchange properly is my guess.)

Any ideas?

same issue.  Was working fine now says "Invalid connector" in the flow edit and "Name cannot be null or empty." when creating a new connector for outlook

To add on to that I have a preset desktop flow which includes pulling out attachments from my outlook (professional account). Is there a workaround to it so that I don't have to change my entire desktop flow to get the required files from Outlook 365 as opposed to the desktop version just  because the online Automate does not allow professional outlook accounts to be connected? TIA

    Hi @Anonymous

Could you please try to use Outlook 365 connector to connect to your work Microsoft account because Outlook.com connector is used to connect to a personal account which is not a work or school account.

If this problem still exists, please feel free to let me know.
