I would like to ask for help in setting up a minimum requirement for text column
dataverse column does not seem to have an option here to set minimum text.
has anyone been successful?
Need to be clear on what you are doing:
For PowerPages there is out of the box authentication that can be configured including change password, and these have Site Settings that can be configured for min length, special characters, Upper/Lower case and numerals (or setup Azure B2C etc that has similar settings available)
If you are trying to build something yourself, unless you know what you are doing I would recommend using the existing authentication. Apart from that you would have to implement minimum characters. This can be done in various ways either including
Thorugh other interfaces not PowerApps Portal or PowerPages e.g. Model Driven App you would do it via JavaScript using the supported Client Side Scripting API
