Parse Get file content of xlsx file

Hi,

 

I have downloaded an .xlsx file from a dataverse column using dataverse download connector. I need to parse the output of this as json. 

Is there any way to achieve this or is this not feasible in Power Automate?

 

NB: xlsx file does not contains any data and it is just a range.

    Hi All,

     

    I haven't found a direct solution to this problem. But as a work around I did managed to solve this by:

     

    1. Download the file from dataverse table using the download file connector for dataverse.
    2. Create an excel file in sharepoint folder using the file contents from download file connector.
    3. Create table with the range of columns having data from the newly created excel file.
    4. Use list rows from a table connector to get the rows from the new excel table.
    5. Using apply top each, copy the contents from each row into required table in dataverse.

     

    I know this is not a perfect solution. Happy to hear about solutions that uses inbuilt connectors to do the same action!

    Thanks for the reply Alex, unfortunately I cannot use any external connectors! The main issue is to get the content in a json format from the output of the downlaod connector.
