Build a Power Portal with end to end monitoring, training and knowledge framework for Citizen developers

Good Day!

I am working on a Pursuit where the customer wants to build a portal to encourage their citizen developers to begin using Power platform. Can you pls. suggest what could be the possible solutions for the below points?

1. Landing page : modern, attractive and useable site to go for anyone seeking Citizen Development. Landing Page should be contain all required artifacts to be used by Citizen Developers and IT Pros including but not limited to: application assessment survey, self-service portal, app catalogue, reusable asset catalogue, training catalogue, policies, good practices, knowledge base, idea log, guidelines, developer compliance center, news, champions and top makers concept, self-service bot; integrations to Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, Communities

2. Monitoring Power Platform: Message Center to show the coming Power Platform changes by MS, license usage, create/ delete environments, monitor tenant capacity

3. Alert : React on monitoring triggers.

4. Governance of the various solutions developed in power platform

5. Gamification, top makers , champions framework to optimize Power Platform usage by Citizen developers.

6. Education & Knowledge framework: Competence and skill path, training catalogue, training paths, training events

Can you pls. suggest which features of Power Platform can be leveraged for each of the points above?

First, PowerApps Portal platform offers different templates to suit your needs. I am not going to labor you through each portal type. But adding official link for your kind attention.

Pick your portal template according to your need.

Most likely you will end up with "Customer self-service portal", "Community portal" and starter portal.

2. Regarding Monitoring, Alerts and governance- you can utilise the Power Platform Admin center. And make sure you have enable data policies for governance.

3. Power Platform usage is now available in COE . https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/starter-kit

I think best to utilize the COE kit as per the new release.
