I've set up Center of Excellence. Can someone help in tracking data growth of an application using Center of Excellence.

That said... if your separate applications are using separate tables you can get storage usage down to the table level and infer application usage from that.

On any one of those environments in the list, Click on the Details icon to see the specifics of the database. The default visualizations will only show you a top 10 usage, but if you click the options icon in the upper right, you can select, "download all tables" to get a csv report of storage by table.

Applications do not have separate storage; applications are just a feature subset of an environment. If you have 3 applications in one environment, there is only one Dataverse database behind them, therefore only one storage allocation/consumption.

@cchannon, it's showing only environment level data consumption details. But, I want to look into data growth in each application within an environment. Can you please help me with it?

Sure. Just click the Dataverse tab on that same screen I showed before. It will list each environment and its exact storage usage.

@cchannon , the solution you mentioned will help in getting data growth in all applications in an environment.
What I'm looking for is to get data growth in individual application. Let's say, I've 10 applications in an environment, and I want to look in to data growth in every single application. Can you please help in that?

If by growth you mean storage, you do not need CoE for this. You can monitor application storage growth across Log, Db, and Attachment type content from the power platform admin center by clicking on Resources --> Capacity.
