Hello,

We tried to get email notification when there is a new post on the Forum but it never comes. Have you experienced the same issues? Are there any missing settings?

Hi @mihamocnik

Probably because the mailbox is not configured. Please check the related process or system jobs if there is any failure in the process.

Most likely my guess is it is because of the mailbox issue.
