office 365 connector - Password change

Hi,

I am using office 365 connector, trigger is "when an new email arrive (v3) office 365 outlook". Expected functionality is working fine but it is failing whenever there is a password change as password is not automatically updated in the workflow. I have few questions -

1. Is there any action that we have to do on change of outlook password?

2. Can we define any parameter in the power automate for our workflow?

Thanks in advance.

    Team,

Please let me know if this use case is not possible. We may have to find another alternative.

From other reports you either have to just keep connecting the connectors back or creating a service account that doesn't require a password change

Does your enterprise IT allows you to create a service account - i.e., a generic account (with correct license) - which does not require password change? If yes, then you should use that for creating such Flows.

If however that is not an option, then you will have to reauthenticate the connections each time the Flow owner changes their password.
