Hi, have you enabled e-mail integration in your environment?
and if you try to send an e-mail directly to a user/contact, does it work?
also the "forget password" should trigger an action/workflow in CDS to send the e-mail, can you check the sender of that e-mail to see if you have a valid user/queue sending the e-mail
