Hello Expert!

 

Good evening,

 

 

I tried to send an confirmation email after  I created a new case incident .

 

But I'm getting error message :Flow run timed out because the starting action was not performed. Please try again.

 

Please see attached image.

 

Could you tell me what going on ?
