Unable to publish copilots after succesfully configuration on OpenAI

Hi,
 
 
after i had successfully configure OpenAI in conversational boosting, but now i cant publish the copilots
 
1. i able to save the copilots
2. no error in topic checker
3. but unable to publish
 
 
may i know how to resolve? or where is the details log on the issue so i can try to troubleshoot?
