You can try the following way
In Design studio
1. Create a new page
2. Insert "List Component" > Map to your table which is linked to Advanced Form
3. Click on the List > Click list from the floating ribbon
4. Under Data > Enable "Edit Record"
5. Select Target Type as "Form" and Pick your Edit Form ( If you don't have an Edit Form, Create one using the Portal management app by scrolling further on the same screen)
Note: If you have an Edit Form, but in the design studio if the Edit Form is not appearing like above then please follow the below steps.
In Portal Management
1. Under Content > Lists > Choose the List you have created for displaying advanced Form
2. Under Options > Grid Configuration section > Choose Edit Action and Choose the Edit Form
NB: You can create forms using DataVerse, Design Studio or the Portal management app. The choice is yours.
Output:
When you click on Edit then you get the Edit screen
